Our latest updates here @ SWW

Howdy friends! It's been a very long time since i have written a new blog post! I always enjoy putting my thoughts and dreams down on paper, I've let a busy schedule keep me away from this little form of therapy. Life lately has thrown its hurtles for us here at the wandering wagon. We have undergone a lot of changes and I believe it is time to fill you in on the latest here, after all, we are nothing without our amazing customers. 

My mom/friend/business partner, Shannon recently closed her consignment store. The consignment store Shanny's Shabby Shack, was the home base for our boutique. With the closing of the consignment store we no longer needed so much space, so we condensed our store down to less square footage. But! don't be sad for us- in doing so we now have more time, energy, and money to pour into this little dream of ours. We love second hand shopping, we love the thrill of finding an article of clothing at a steal of a deal. It is part of who we are, and always will be, "junkers" to the core. It inspired my mom to bring the service of consignment clothing to our little town of Republic. Now we are just shifting gears, shifting perspectives. I have big plans for SWW and I don't plan on slowing down. In this season of my life I am inspired to grow, to work this business as hard as I can. I have been silently learning from a lot of different vessels, i hope now is the time i can put it altogether for a successful year. 

So- with all that being said lets get to the here and now of SWW. We have undergone a lot of construction. We had to have the store closed during all of the tear down process, and now we are just a few small projects away from being all complete. The new store is smaller, but is not lacking in style or decor. In true Shannon fashion, we have color, we have prints, we have antique treasures, and up-cycled "righteous rescues". It is tiny but mighty! We hope more than anything that if you come into our store you feel a fun and free spirit vibe. I hope you feel important to us, every single one of our customers are. We have missed the interaction with all of you during our construction. Seeing your excitement finding a new piece here that is a "have to have" is what it's all about. We know how important it is for a girl to have one of those days where her outfit is so perfect it changes her whole outlook on her day. So, please come say hi, come see whats new. 

Our new hours will be posted on the door, and we hope to get our new signs up asap! OH! I almost forgot- we have after hours tanning coming to the store. Buy a month unlimited tanning package and get access to our new flexible schedule. A little pocket full of sunshine.
